In the pursuit of a live well researched, I have lived many lives: leadership trainer, performance coach, healthcare administrator, street artist, retail owner, TEDx speaker, aspiring flower farmer and soon: tiny bookshop cafe owner.
Current workshops: I am currently developing a workshop series focused on the neuropsychology of authoritarian times (which I promise will be at least as funny and brain-friendly as my past productivity, equity and leadership workshops) and would love to connect with folks researching similar fields.
Other interests: member of Mirrorhouse, economic pluralism, environmental psychology, and psycho-reggaeton.
I hail from Guadalajara, Mexico, grew up bi-nationally in Guadalajara and Southern California, and have made the Pacific Northwest home for the past 15 years. I hold a Masters degree from NYU with a specialization in organizational performance improvement, and an undergraduate degree in community organizing from The Evergreen State College.
